Namaste Narasimhaye,

The procedure I follow for re-energization is slightly different. I need to know from you if there is anything wrong in it.

Firstly I soak the beads in soapy water and after they are well soaked, I scrub them with a brush. Then clean them up under running water or by changing the water several times. Then I warp them up in Paper Tissue and let them dry for a day or two and after I feel that they are completely dry, I dip them in oil ( if it's a silver chain) or apply oil individually to the beads ( if they beads are in a silk thread). This also I leave untouched for a day and then again wrap them in Paper Tissues to wipe of excess oil. Once the beads absorb the oil, I offer incense, show them ghee lamp and offer Naivedya ( usually dry fruits) and then wrapping them in my palm, I chant Lord Shiva's mantra 108 times and then wear them. Sometimes the excess oil does show up for a day or two and then its fine.

Awaiting your views on the above,

Aum Sree GauriShankaray Namah

Namaste Yudi,Below is one of the simple methods for re-energizing rudraksha:Procedure for sanctifying and energizing RudrakshaChoose an auspicious day. Monday are Lord Shiva days and could bechosen.•Wash Rudraksha with unboiled milk and water.•Apply sandalwood paste on it. Offer Incense and flowers (Since therudraksh is cleaned, applying sandal paste to it is usually done forbeads or malas that are to be placed on the altar for worship. Ifthey are for wearing, then waving or touching a bit of sandal pasteor powder to the beads is fine. This is also a form of offering).•Chant "Om Namah Shivaya" 108 times .• Chant the specific mantra of the mukhis minimum of 9 times.Upon completion of the above described steps wear your Rudrakshachanting Om Namah Shivaye . The Rudraksha thus becomes divine , andcreates a a divine armour around it's worshipper and

bestowshealth ,wealth and success. If you would like to enhance the effects of the different Rudrakshathen the specific Beeja mantras for each of the Rudraksha could be repeatedas often as you choose any time of the day . Also "Om Namah Shivaya"or "Namah Shivaya" mantra energizes the Rudraksha beads when chantedwith them. Keep the beads as close to your skin as possible.Rudraksha can also be kept in Puja room and prayed for benefit ofwhole family.http://www.rudraksh a-ratna.com/ articledt. php?art_id= 43rudrakshabeadsociet iesclub@gro ups.com, youdhi11 <no_reply@.. .> wrote:>> Dear narasimhaye,> > Hi I need to know about the re-energization process.
