Rudraksas, when infused with Bija mantras, should be worn. 2) In the Rudrakshajabalopanisad: Once upon a time, Bhusunda asked from Kalagni Rudra about the origin and merits of Rudraksa: Kalagni Rudra replied: 7-8. The merit of its wearing is not only a crore fold but is a billion fold. The merit of Rudraksa wearing and chanting mantras on it, is hundreds of billion folds. If what is said in them are not real, they would not have survived this long. Reciting mantra also keeps the beads energized. Om Namah Shivaya -------------------- Namaste Is it real ?
