How to string in Personal Mala ???

Dear narasimhaye and other members,

 

I have following holly Rudraksha beads. Please let me know how can i

thread beads in mala in such a position of beads so its balance. And I

will get almost all benefits of it. And wht is the regular Puja/

Mantra for it to awake kundali with wearing personal mala.
