Namaste Anil,

There will not be any adverse effects when Mantra Sadhana is not done

at the same hour each day but its better to try and perform it as

close to the same hour as possible. Its more important to do a round

of japa for 108 times per day.

Om Namah Shivaya

> 1) & nbsp; Once you begin a mantra sadhana, its important not to stop

for a few days then continue. You need to discipline yourself to do

it everyday until you finish the final day of the

mantra. & nbsp; 'Sadhana' means discipline, hence the requirement for

training yourself to stay with it, not stray from it.

hour.
