Absolutely agree with you about not wearing Indra Mala just to seek benefits mentioned in the Puranas, not to expect miracles, not to plant a seed and dig it up to see how far the roots have grown, and that Indra Mala is not a spiritual ornament or a magic bullet. Very well said! Indeed its better to continue with sadhana during spare time and let Lord Indra take care of things. The blessings will come better this way.
