Guest guest
Namaste Siddharth, Both malas are as powerful as each other. Its a matter of personal choice which one you prefer. The benefits of Gauri Shankar Kantha Mala are: It expands the universe of spiritual consciousness and brings the wearer close to God. Gives divine grace and protection to the wearer. There is unity and harmony in the house where this Kantha is kept. Puranas state that wearer of 32 beads of Gauri Shankar becomes Lord Shiva Incarnate. Most popular Kantha worn by holy Saints and Gurus of India. According to Hindu scriptures, a rosary of 32 beads renders moksa (spiritual enlightenment). While wearing a rosary of thirty two beads if a man does rituals, he gets many folds more benefits. Vopadeva states in Padartha-Darsa that one who wears thirty two Rudrakshas in neck, forty on forehead, six in each ears, twelve in each wrists, sixteen in each arms, four in each eyes, one hundred eight over the chest, himself becomes Neelakantha (Lord Shiva). Prajapati (Brahma) said in Nirnayasindhu: A rosary of 32 beads renders moksa (spiritual enlightenment). While wearing a rosary of thirty two beads if a man does rituals, he gets many folds more benefits. Kanthas are always 32+1 beads. They are worn for spiritual purposes.
