In the case of 10 and 11 mukhis, depending on how difficult the afflictions are, we usually recommend minimum 3 Nepal beads, 9 Nepal beads, or even an entire mala strung with small Java beads of 10 and 11 mukhis. In the case of 19 mukhi, one Nepal or Java bead is enough for counteracting planetary afflictions.
