Guest guest
Dear Hiroko, Thanks for kind words. I'm glad you always cheer up when getting my messages. Please remember to try always to be cheerful for your own hapiness. We only have limited time on earth. Its important to think happy and be happy. Negative thoughts and sad feelings are wasting the time of the soul to make progress. Although Indra Mala is worn during spiritual practices, worshipped or on the altar, I wear it 12 hours a day. By Shiva's Grace, it has become such a part of me that its only taken off at night for keeping on the altar. Yes its fine to chant either Ganapataye's mantra or Hanumanji's mantra whenever you have negative thoughts.
