Guest guest
Hi I have dought in purchasing rudraksh, In puranas they say Lord shiva not like materlistic purpose he see the bhakthi in you, I heard this in many sadhus that we should not pay even a single pie to own a rudraksh no matter any face, if it come by stranger or without any regerts that is more powerfull, they also say that money cannot purchase the auspices power of rudraksh, if it is written in your faith it will deafnately come to you without paying a single pie If I see the prices of rudraksh going to lakhs is it worth of buying in that cost? If we buy also will the effect be same, Please clarify this dought to me Om Namah Shivaya
Guest guest
Dear Sripadkulkarni, Of course bhakti in a devotee is most important. This bhakti also refers to bhaktas who seek to wear rudraksha. In the holy texts, its mentioned that if a person can find and wear rudraksha, its a result of past life blessings from Lord Shiva Himself. Without His blessings, one cannot find and won't wear rudraksha because the person does not have the karmic propensity with Lord Shiva. What you heard from the sadhus is not correct. Have they read all the sacred texts? Some sadhus and holy men can't even read Sanskrit. Have you read all the holy texts concerning rudraksha? What they have told you is superstition due to their ignorance about rudraksha even though they may be good at other things. Its is said that rudrakshas select their owners and not the other round. If you see a rudraksha priced at lakhs and if its your karma to purchase it, you will. If not, it means there are no past life bonds with the rudraksha. When a person buys rudraksha, of course the effects are the same as mentioned in holy books. There is no mention in holy books that one cannot buy rudraksha.
