Dear Muktesha,

How wonderful to hear you live in the West Indies! From what I heard,

its very exotic there.

Agree with you that Kala Sarpa Yoga is a terrible thing to have to

face until one is middle-aged. Indeed some of the malefic effects

are lack of good luck, health, wealth, ongoing problems and

joblessness.

It is said that persons born under Kala Sarpa Yog have a lot of

repentance to perform due to misdeeds in past lives. The penances are

also God's way of testing us.

Its also important to our future Akashic Records to go through Kala

Sarpa Yog with inner strength and spirituality.

What you are doing in terms of meditation, Asanas yoga and wearing a

Rudraksha Mala are a part of this spirituality. The 'way of' Kala

Sarpa Yog is character building and if we can withstand it with

strength past the early years of middle-age, afterwards there will be

no more suffering.

Some say Kaal Sarp Yog ends around age 45 to 50. But Kaal Sarp Yog

also have the potential of leaving with a big bang usually. If there

is no big bang, then its slowly moving out, thus opening the way for

some improvements that a person can see and feel. In your case, it

seems there is no big bang which is nicer. Gradually, more

improvements will occur and you will feel a lot of peace. Continue

with your mediation and spiritual practices. Also worship Lord

Hanuman if you can.

Regarding Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, there are 2 forms. One is with

Gayatri and the other is without Gayatri mantra.

Shall provide the 2 forms here:

Without Gayatri:

---------------

Om Triyam-bha-kam Ya-ja-ma-hey, Sugan-dhim Pushti Var-da-nam;

Uru-va-ru kami-va Bandhanan,

Mrityor Muksheeya Mamritat

With Gayatri

------------

Om Hoom Joom Saha, Om Bhu Bhuvah Swaha,

Om Triyam-bha-kam Ya-ja-ma-hey, Sugan-dhim Pushti Var-da-nam;

Uru-va-ru kami-va Bandhanan,

Mrityor Muksheeya Mamritat,

Om Swaha, Bhuvah, Bhu Om Saha, Joom Hoom Om.

Since you do not know how to perform Shiva puja, its best to start in

a simple manner. Bhakti or devotion is more important than elaborate

pujas if you are a beginner. Yes its true that before reciting

mantra, puja should be done first. Begin by offering fruits,

flowers, milk, honey, curd, unsalted nuts, ghee lamp (or oil lamp if

you have it) and incense.

Yes rudraksha trees also grow in the West Indies but they are of a

different species to Nepal and Java beads. You are right about the

beads that the Rastafarian Men have, are similar to Water Beads used

for drinking for good health (control high blood pressure and

cholesterol).

Om Namah Shivaya

that you dispel .

influence. This yoga is terrible. (bad luck, health , wealth

problems, jobless etc...) in spite of my 27 years of spiritual of

self developpement (Meditation, Asanas yoga, wearing a Rudraksha Mala

bought to Rudra Centre ) . I met some jotishes they told me also in

the second half of my life (45 I think ) things would be improved, I

am 49 and still experiencing obstacles etc... (though I noticed a

slight improvement )

send me the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra in a simple form please (I do not

feel at ease with the pronunciation).

in this erea of the world also. Recently a friend fo mine met some

people (Rasta Men, same Ideology like Bob Marley ) selling

Rudraksha beads necklaces, mix with others local beads. Right away

He asked them where did they find these beads, because he is

wearing a Rudraksha lace also but bought overseas , so they

explained him where the trees are located, then He went and found

some trees in the country. I would say the beads are the big ones

like those wich are use in drinking water
