Yes persons who have good karmas blessed by Lord Shiva are willing to wear rudraksha. Holy scriptures mention that persons who can find, worship and wear rudraksha, results from past life blessings from Lord Shiva. You are right that your friend who has Kaal Surp Yoga is attracted to your rudraksha and hence she 'gravitates' towards you (comes to you). This is without her conscious knowing. When she is near you, she also gets some good effects of rudraksha. If you would like to give your friend something, a Kaal Sarp Yoga Mala will be suitable. Please see the next message for details.
