Guest guest
Dear Hiroko, Its common for people to have difficulty in removing negative thoughts from past bad experiences. All rudrakshas help but its best to wear your Indra Mala and use a japa for reciting mantras. This will soothe your mind and slowly you will learn how to control your mind and not allow it to dwell on the past. Many people have the tendency to dwell on the past. This prevents them from living right now or making plans to move forward to the future. We can't think of the future if we continue to live in the past. Apart from mantra yoga, whenever you feel negative thoughts coming, there are other things you can do. Examples are reading, going for a walk in a nice park, exercise, watch a comedy, meet good friends and be around cheerful people.
