Management of Diabetes is management of life style.

The rudraksha got a supplementary role to play.

Start with diet, quality, quantity, time of eating. (Many people in

India eat late in the night and go to bed.

Rudraksha if worn for sufficient length of time usually about 2

months will raise awareness, it will be easier to know some thing

done is wrong. The chanting of " ohm namah sivaya " along with wearing

rudraksha gives spiritual and health benefits(Sivam sarva mangala

Karam)

 

The habit of blessing the food even by simply saying-_Amrutha mastu -

or sivarpanam- will take some dosha of eating wrong kind of food.

 

Using water beads will show some effect slowly.
