Dear Rajesh,

Thanks for emailing the Hanumanji picture to Mahua and my friend.

May God also bless you with fish in abundance :)) Indeed many

Bengalis love fish!

1) Yes its fine to perform Abishekam for Parad Shivling. If Parad

Shivling is obtained from Rudra Centre, its personally made and

blessed by Panditji Shree Deenanathji who did research and

development on mercury at many holy places of India namely

Omkareshwar, Amarkantak, Haridwar, Hrishikesh, Pushkar, Badrinath,

Gangotri and Jamnotri. All parad items made by him are safe and not

toxic. Hence consuming items after Abishekam to Parad Shivling is

fine in this case.

2) According to Parad Samhita, the wearer of Parad ring does not

need to wear any gemstones as this ring is a substitute for all

gemstones and controls all the planets. It may be worn in any

finger. Yes its fine to eat food with the parad ring on although its

better to remove it before eating to protect it from grease and too

much washing. Its not toxic if made by Panditji Shree Deenanathji.

3) Again any parad items, including Gutika made by Panditji are

safe. The bead will not spoil gold or silver chains (I have 2 parad

gutikas and they are still good even after 3 years). Only parad that

has not been made properly, toxic and in poor condition will leave

blackish/greenish marks on the chest. With Rudra Centre's and

Panditji's parads, there is no fear of these things happening. This

is from my own experience of wearing them.

4) Your method for making Panchamritam is great but please try and

use jaggery instead of sugar. Jaggery is more traditional and

pleases the gods.

Om Namah Shivaya

Dear Narsimhayeji

I have emailed the Hanumanji picture to the email id you so kindly

gave me and also to Mahua Roy - may God bless her with fish in

abundance [by fish I mean

prosperity]. It is also a well known fact that Bengalis have a

weakness for fish.

I have a few queries regarding Parad items and hope you will

enlighten me.

1. Can one do abhishekam of Parad Shivling with Ganges Water, Milk

etc.

and then consume it as prasad.

At home we do abhishekam of the

crystal Shivling with Ganges Water, Milk, Ghee [clarified

butter] Panchamritam, Honey, Green Coconut Water, Lemon, Curd

and Sandalwood paste mixed in water (9 items). Mercury is toxic and

hence this question.

2. Can one wear Parad Ring in any finger in the right hand and eat

food.

After all at home we do have the tendency to eat with our

fingers inspite

of our expertise with forks and knives in restaurants and

flights.

3. I have heard that Parad Bead (Gutika) worn on the chest may spoil

gold and silver chains which may come in contact with mercury.

Will it also leave blackish/greenish marks on the chest.

Please let me have your expert views.

Thank you so much.

Regards

Ramesh Iyer

P.S. At home we do Panchamritam by mixing (blending) together

Honey, Banana, Dates, Milk and Sugar [or Jaggery according to choice].
