Dear Ramesh,

 

Thanks for your message. Now I think we are getting closer to the

solution for uploading the picture since you mentioned its a Jpeg

image. Maybe the size is too big and hence, will not accept it.

Is there a chance you can try to make the image smaller and in less

resolution? Please try this first. If there are still any problems

after that, please email the image to my good friend at

syzenith and he can try to work out what to do.
