I am still getting the message "Unsupported Image Type" when I try the upload.

The picure is in jpg format and not bitmap. Hence there should not have been any

problem. My assistant also tried with the same result. I am really at my wit's

end.

I presumed that your email id microtek.com was a company email id like what

I have and that you were a young software engineer. So sorry to bother you.

I can competently operate the customised software packages we have in

our Company since we were given indepth training but somehow this uploading

is beyond me though earlier I was quite successful. I shall try once again

tomorrow.
