When you do charity observe your feelings, why are you doing charity, to make yourself feel good, increase your position in the society and earn name and fame as a philanthropist? Or is it because you feel compassion, your heart reaches out to the troubles of the poor and want to share their worries and that is why you offer them money. One has to constantly evaluate the feelings and actions to see if one is right on the path that BABA asks us to follow. Simplicity, humbleness are valuable ornaments of a true devotee of BABA. Merely worshiping baba is not enough to call ourselves devotees, we have to live the life He wants us to lead. Guest guest
Sairam, Happy Baba's day to you all. On this thursday let us pray to BABA to bless and give peace to all the souls that have lost their lives in Haiti and also around the world. Pray BABA blesses and guides all the children who have lost their loved ones in the devastation. BABA guides us in all our efforts and takes care of everything. Let us have faith in HIM and leave everything in HIM. Here is the message for the week...Towards the end of the chapter, three cases are cited in footnotes:1. Madhavrao Deshpande suffered from piles. Baba gave him decoction of Sonamukhi (senna pods). This relieved him. Then, after two years the trouble recurred and Madhavrao took the same decoction without consulting BABA. The result was that, the disease aggravated, but later on it was cured by BABA's grace. 2. Kaka Mahajani's elder brother, Gangadharpant, suffered for many years from stomach-pain. Hearing BABA's fame he casme to Shirdi and requested BABA to cure him. Baba touched his belly and said " God will cure " . From that time, there was no stomach-pain and he was completely cured. 3. Nanasaheb Chandorkar also once suffered from acute stomach-pain, he was restless the whole day and night. Doctors administered syringes, which produced no effect. Then he approached BABA, who told him to eat burfi (a kind of sweetmeat) mixed with ghee. This recipe gave him complete relief. All these stories show that, the real medicine that cured the various diseases permanently, was BABA's word and grace, and not any medicines or drugs.== SSS Chapter 13 - Dattopant of Harda Baba you are the doer and protector. please take care of your children.
