Guest guest
Namaste Anil, As Navaratna is already blessed by a priest from Rudra Centre, its not necessary to perform puja or other procedures. But its important to clean the mala with a soft cloth if it becomes dusty or show some grit after wearing for a long time. Being an item that contains the 9 gems which represent the 9 planets in the Jyotish planetary system, any day of the week is suitable and auspicious for wearing it for the first time. After several months of wearing and if your wife visits the temple, its ok to ask a temple priest to bless her Navaratna Mala again.
