Namaste Ramrishiusa, everyone's perception, religious background and

tradition is different. Vaishnavites worship Vishnu and all His 10

Avatars. Shivaites worship Shiva. Shaktas worship Devi or the Divine

Mother.

However there are devotees who worship both Vishnu/Krishna and

Shiva. Can't see anything wrong with the abhishekams and recitations

you're doing. If you're comfortable with them, there's no need to

improvise.

Literally, there's no such thing as an ultimate puja. Everyone

worships different Gods and may stick to their own pujas.

Would suggest you to consult a traditional Hindu Indian pandit or

purohit near you.

Meanwhile, other friends here may be able to give you a better answer

than I can.
