For wise and intelligent baby, your sister can wear 4 mukhis with 6 mukhis or Saraswati Mala during pregnancy. The blessings of Saraswati Devi will be passed to baby. Mantra for this is : Om Aim Saraswatiye Namaha.

Namaskar Krishna, congratulations to your sister. Its nice to know she is pregnant after very long years. About special food, she must eat fresh and good food so the nutrients can be passed to the baby in her womb. Its important to go to obstetrician for regular check ups.

Its also essential to find out what sort of vitamins and minerals she lacks in her body, then she can supplement by eating foods that contain these nutrients. All these ensure the child will be healthy. A healthy body can help a child become intelligent and wise later.

Parental care and education later are also important factors. Meantime during the term of her pregnancy, suggesting Santan Gopay Yantra and also Moti Shankh. Pls have a look below......
