Namaste Sudhir, don't be confused - just remember that each

astrologer has their own theory and own school of thought. There are

just too many jyotish traditions so each of them coming from a

tradition would say something totally different.

The innumerable factors that astrologers should consider are too

lengthy to explain here, in fact it will take a book to do so.

Examples are lagna, rashi, nakshatra, lordships, sadhesati, maha

dasa, mangalik, which planet is friend of which, what planet is enemy

of what, which planet is neutral to which other planet, etc. etc.

etc. where the houses are placed, etc, etc.....

Generally out of curiosity and doubt, many people consult 2 or 3

different astrologers and get different advice from all of them.

Then they buy 2 or 3 different stones to wear according to their

budget and how strong their belief is in the astrologer. Not many

people buy all the gems that are recommended to them and others just

prefer to use Navaratna to solve all problems of the 9 planets.
