Due to monthly cycle of ladies, I can never complete 40 days wearing a mala. It is always said that it is recommended to wear at least 30-40 days a rudraksha. But it is not possible for ladies. So, is it stopping energy of the rudraksha? Can we touch to rudrakshas during this period? Can we continue to chant the mantra Om Namah Shivaya during cycle? I would like to complete 40 days. I am not asking the rules accepted by conservatives but the best action to get maximum benefit.
