Guest guest
April 11, 2007 - This morning, after His darshan round in the car, Swami went around the students' block once again in His chair. Then, after a brief interlude in the interview room, He came out again, and went on a round of the upper verandah, entering the Bhajan Hall from the rear door. When He reached the front of the Hall, He started interacting with the students with a general "call for letters" - all those with letters got up and queued up in front of Swami! He took letters, spoke a few words to some, gave vibhuti and so on, for ten minutes before returning to the interview room. In the evening also, Swami came early to the Bhajan Hall, at 4.10 pm. He called up some students and teachers and spoke to them, asking them how they were having food nowadays with the Hostel mess having closed, what they were eating in the Canteen and so on. He then asked for some "new songs" - so one of the Bhajan singers came up to Him and started singing a Tamil song, softly and unaccompanied, on Kanchi Kamakshi. This was followed by songs by Bhadrachala Ramdas and Purandaradasa, with a Malayalam song rounding off the selection in all four South Indian languages. Some more conversation followed, and then Bhagawan indicated that they could start the Bhajan five minutes early Don't be flakey. Get Mail for Mobile and always stay connected to friends.
