Guest guest
Reiki, Healing & Wearing Rudraksha Reiki is powerful and simple - anyone who practices it, learns to tap into universal energies after studying the basic healing positions. Some healers have given feedback that their abilities and Chi levels have increased after they began wearing rudrakshas or meditating with the holy beads. In some classes, some Reiki practitioners are known to have placed large 5-mukhi on different parts of the body, especially at the Chakra points for removing blocks from these parts during Reiki sessions. Through individual experiment, individuals and practitioners alike, have formed their own conclusions which mukhis or faces of rudrakshas to use for various parts of the body that require healing or Chi to be diverted there. Sufferers of arthritis, rheumatism, sprains, strains and other ailments can use 5-mukhi beads for rubbing on afflicted parts too. A Rudraksha Mat will help enhance meditation while also wearing rudraksha beads. In addition, the Rudraksha Hat is potent in heightening the process when worn. It is for meditation and during healing sessions on oneself or others. It can be wrapped with a scarf or other decorative head materials made from natural fibres such as silk, cotton, linen or even straw. It is extremely important for practitioners or healers to protect themselves or keep their energies balanced as they are living conduits for healing energy and modalities of which Reiki is one. For healers who are susceptible to absorbing patients' or students' negative energies or who are highly sensitive, it is recommended to wear 9 mukhi Durga Rudraksha with 11 mukhi Hanuman rudraksha during healing or class sessions.
