Namaste Lisa, if I read your question correctly, then the answer is

below. If I've misinterpreted your question, please correct me :)

109 beads means a mala of 108 beads plus one bead as a sumeru. Kantha

malas always have 32 beads plus one bead as a sumeru (total = 33

beads). This means if any other mala is strung with 32 beads plus

one bead, its then done in the fashion of a kantha mala.

Your malas of 108 + 1 and 32 + 1 sound fine as they are. Eight beads

of 8 mukhi rudraksha on a bracelet also sounds ok. However, 9 is the

Hindu holy number. Hence it would be advisable to add one more eight

mukhi bead to your bracelet. The above is just a suggestion. Please

meditate and let your upaguru (inner guru) guide you about whether

you want to add the extra bead.

Om Namah Shivaya

mukhi bracelet, and I cancelled all sumerus in my malas, so I wear

109 beads and 33 beads of malas. Should I change them to 108 beads or

33 beads of malas, and I should add 1 more bead to my 8 beads

bracelet to get it 9 to take effect of rudrakshas?
