Faith in the words of Guru ... (Goddess) Mother Paravati's advice...

Lord Shiva's wife, Mother Paravati, says to the seven seers,

naradabacana na maim pariharaum |

basau bhavanu ujarau nahi daraum ||

gura ke bacana pratiti na jehi |

sapanehu sugama na sukha sidhi tehi ||

" I shall not ignore the Narada's word; whether my house

be full or desolate, I fear not.

He who has no Faith in the words of his Guru

cannot hope to win either happiness or success even in a dream. "
