Guest guest
Jaya Guru Datta Here is an excerpt from: 21 Nov 2004 - Evening Satsang Speech by Sri Swamiji at Shankaralayam in Chembur, Mumbai: Saints are not only those who don orange robes. There are many saints in family life too. One who lives a simple life, speaks simply and plainly is a great SADHU or Saint. http://www.dattapeetham.com/india/tours/2004/northindia2004/mumbai/mumbai.html Lets elaborate on that last sentence, what qualifies as a simple life these days? What is simple and plain speaking? If with a simple life is meant a person who has patience and does not worry about difficulties, then peope with complex lifes could also live a simple life. Simple and plain speaking can only be done with a person or persons who understand that simple and plain speaking. Who has any thoughts. Please share. I feel there are 3 persons in my family who definately qualify for saints, they are all female. I wonder if their lives can be put as simple. and their speaking simple and plain.
