Yes it will help in cleaning karmas. But , you should be ready for sudden changes in life...............it all depends on your karma................how it goes. It will also help in protection. And yes, don't expect to get sidhis etc..................its not that esay , that you will wear rudraksha nad do some jaap and achieve sidhi.......................For sidhi you need a Guru, right resources and very hard work.........and then you should be good enough to live upto standards with those sidhis.
