Namaste Koolbreeze, the Personal Mala combination you have chosen is great. Yes its possible to wear more than six 3 and 5 mukhis along with three 8 mukhis, 6 mukhis and one 11 mukhi.

Thus, mala design should look roughly like this :

3 5 3 5 3 5 3 5 3 5 3 5 6 8 6 8 6 8 11 (Centre Bead)

It will help to remove certain degrees of karma and gain some siddhi but you must continue to perform mantras while wearing.
