Sai-Satsang in 4 centers continued

(week ending 30th Aug, Thursday)

 

Sairam to all Children, Sisters and Sai Brothers

in all 4 Sai SatSanghs in Dammam, Jubail, Jeddah and

Riyadh.

 

We continue with the Twenty eighth (28) posting of the

activities of all 4 centers.

 

Summary:

1) Total Attendance all over Saudi over 110 (post

vacation).

Details:

 

In Dammam the weekly satsangh was held on the evening

of Wednesday 29th Aug at Bro. Vinodh’s residence. The

attendance was by 20 members starting at 7.30 pm.

Aarthi was taken by Bro. Vinodh.

 

Bro.Kannan and family will be shifting to Bahrain as

he has been

transferred, by first week of September. All devotees

present passed their wishes to Kannan and his family.

Bro. Kannan is working for GE.

 

On Full moon day Gayathri chanting was held on Tuesday

28th Aug 0530 A.M at Bro Prem’s residence. The report

was provided by Bro Prem.

 

Dammam center is requested to send us the list of

members in XL format.

 

Jubail center held the weekly Satsang on Thursday 30th

Aug at 7.30 pm attended by about 21 members at Bro

Gopi’s residence. Aarthi was taken by Bro Gopal. 3

members from Dammam participated. The report was

provided by Bro. Wimal.

 

Bro Swamy Mahadevan mentioned to me that the Sathya

SAI devotees group in (in which he is deeply

involved) is organizing the SAI Gramam activities

in Trivandarum with funding from Exhibition 5 days

cricket matches every year organized by Sunil Gavaskar.

He is not diverting any funds from Jubail center nor is he

soliciting funds. However the services (at Sai Gramam)

are open to all castes even Saudi muslim SAI members.

This is for clarification only.

 

Jeddah center had Satsang in Bro. Ashok Kumar house in

NADA compound with attendance of 15 members. The

aarthi was conducted Bro. Rao. Report was provided by

Bro Ashok Kumar.

 

Jeddah center is requested to send us the list of

members in XL format.

 

Riyadh group held the weekly Bhajan on Thursday 30th

Aug from 7 .00 pm till 9.00 pm. Before the SAI

Bhajan, Vishnu Sashranamam was recited by some

devotees on Thursdays. The Bhajan was attended by

about 60 members. Bro Sampath continued to read a new

chapter from life of Shirdi Sai Baba in which he

narrated how a court case that in British India, that

involved Shirdi Sai Baba (because of false

allegations). Dr. Sreenath took the aarthi. As a

pediatrician he may have noticed that last 4 four

young children added to Riyadh Sai center are all

boys- sons of M/s. Karthik, Dev, Akilesh and Ravi

respectively (and of course of their better halves).

May be Riyadh is becoming the new Ayodhya!!

 

The noise level during our last week Bhajan sessions

in Riyadh was at a lower decibel level in spite of a

slightly bigger attendance which is welcome.

 

Yoga classes are being held in Riyadh center on

Saturday evenings.

 

As per a posting made by Bro. C.V.Subash (AlRajhi

Bank), Swami's super specialty hospital in Whitefield

has won an award instituted by Zee TV Group for 'Best

Medical Service'.

 

Bro Kham (Spiritual coordinator) has posted “Ten

Guidelines From Swami” which is summarized as below:

 

1) Quit Worrying:

“ Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your

burdens and carry them for you?”

 

2) Put it on the List:

Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the

list. No, not yours list. Put it on MY to-do-list

 

3) Trust ME:

“Once you have given your burdens to ME, quit trying

to take them back”.

 

4) Leave it Alone:

“You gave Me your burdens and I am taking care of

them”

 

5) Talk to Me:

“ Please don't forget to talk to Me – OFTEN! I LOVE

YOU! I want to hear your voice”.

 

6) Have Faith:

“I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see

from where you are.

Have faith in Me”

 

7) Share:

“Share with those who are less fortunate than you”.

 

8) Be Patient:

“ How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me a

little longer than you expect to handle something on

My to-do-list?”

 

9) Be Kind:

“Be kind to others for I love them just as much as I

love you”.

Bro Raj Rajgopal has circulated a note on forthcoming

SAI parenting seminar to be held in Bahrain on 13th

(Thursday) and 14th (Friday) September. Those wishing

to attend Pl contact your center coordinator to make

arrangements. It is recommended for all those parents

with young children.

 

Dammam Samiti is organizing a Ganesha Homam on 21st

Sep morning. This is during Ramadan. Those wishing to

participate, Pl contact your Samiti coordinator.
