It is society with much stress now. I think that a lot of people have the same trouble. In the case of me, I wear rudraksha in the body and chant a mantra. Being depressed was canceled . I think it to be able to be settled soon when you wear rudraksha in the body. I also began the yoga.This brought the result that was good for mind and body very much.
