Guest guest
Namaste Lisa, good that you have some hobbies although not paying attention to them for the moment. How nice that you have 2 lovely cats! Pets are therapeutic too. Also wonderful to hear you go walking, do some simple yoga and try to read at least one book a week. These activities will help distract you a little from the depressive state so please try to keep them up. About dealing with healing therapy and energy work, are you a healer? Because if you are and have done this sort of work for a long time, patients can drain all your energies and you might have subconsciously picked up depressive energies from those who were suffering the condition but did not tell you while you were giving them therapy. Over a period of time, the vibrations would have an impact on you as well as the stress of dealing with some fussy patients. All of these factors can throw you off balance emotionally, physically and mentally. Sorry to hear there are no couselors in your country but only psychiatrists who give medicines. A good psychiatrist should send the patient for blood tests to determine what the person lacks in the body sytem before prescribing medications. Sorry to hear your sister had problems when she was a teenager and had to see several doctors but very glad she is fine after the teen years. For some people, depression can happen early in life and for others, it occurs later on. If you go to the doctor, try to ask him for blood tests for liver health, spleen health, kidney health, blood glucose and other things such as what nutrients your body system lacks. I have 2 lovely cats, I deal with healing therapies and energies, left studying jyotish nowadays but will return soon, walking, reading books ( although I avoid reading as much as I did before; I still keep reading at least 1 book a week), some simple yoga exercises etc. > > We do not have councelors but only psychiatrists who directly give medicines. My sister tried several doctors when she was teenager and had some problems. She took medicines get drunk and no healing. Then she got ok with reiki, healing therapies etc. > > I will try all the advices and may be finally go to doctor. I hope there will not be need. > > I will follow your advices.
