Dear Devotees

Sri Swamiji gave a very profound discourse on the day of HANUMAN JAYANTI, 19th

May 2009.

He was extoling the role of Hanuman in the RAMA AVATARA.

Hanuman stands for exclusive Devotion, Dedication, Service and CONSISTENT

WORSHIPFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE MASTER!!

He was not afraid of any difficult situation or calamities.

Swamiji went on to say that whatever may happen in your life you should accept

it as the plan and wish of MOTHER NATURE, rather than react to it with sorrow or

despair. Changes in Life are very much part of Nature. It is the very essence

of Life! Good time, bad time, both are the two sides of the same coin.

There are some people who talk or write about the future and try to predict the

coming of some calamities. Do not get disturbed by such predictions or

references (Sri Swamiji also mentioned the Maya Calendar and its ending in the

year 2012, but He did not give specific comments).

If anything has to happen, it shall happen! Change is the unchangeable law of

nature!

Let us be inspired by the fearlessness of Jnaana Avatara Lord Hanuman!

Life, growth and decay, they are all part of evolution. All change is only

external. It does not belong to the spirit (Atma). Everyone should try to dwell

in one's spirit, because everyone of you is a spirit and not a body!

Sri Swamiji also gave an new meaning to the word RAHASYA (SECRET).

When people are afraid of change or the course of nature, they often say it is a

mystery of nature and therefore secret.

But Sri Swamiji says the secret (Rahasya) itself contains TRUTH AND JNAANA! It

is only hidden behind a temporarly screen.

Simply follow your Guru and Master and be happy! Experience ATMA ANANDA!

Translation from Prof. Krishan Kumar, Mysore Ashrama.
