I was meditating recently and found some changes in myself.I felt an urging or something penetrating into my ear holes.I tried to check if the feeling is due to any insects but there was no sign of insects or other pests.I tried to relax and continue my meditation and felt it again. This feeling has been ON for my many days of meditation.I have tried to relax and continue with my meditation despite that feeling was irritable. The feeling slowly fades away and sometimes forms in my right ear.Normally the feeling starts in y left ear. I will be thankful if someone could guide me and advise me on why I am having this feeling during

my meditation. Thanks in advance for your support. Best Regards

Namaste Chandran, Sai has given you good advice in previous message.

Please listen to him and try out what he said. Meanwhile, recommending

a book regarding Pranayama : The Complete Book of Yoga : Harmony of

Body and Mind by Sri Ananda. It contains many techniques for pranayam

practice.
