Offering Bharit and Kacharya to Baba

Sairam Dear Devotees,We would really appreciate if any of the devotees can provide me the authentic maharastrian recipie to prepare Bharit and Kacharya for offering to Baba. Yesterday, i had bought brinjal from the grocery store and i do not know why, but i had a desire in my mind to make Bharit and offer to Baba at a local Shirdi Sai temple here that i normally offer prasad on thursdays. The miracle is that as soon as that desire occured in our mind, Baba wanted to confirm it. This He did so. It is my practise to read a chapter from Satcharitra everyday before retiring to bed and yesterday, i happened to read the very same 9th chapter where in devotee Tarkhad's experiences are narated. (i read the chapters sequentially. so it was all Baba's Hand behind the scenes that i should read this chapter today!). i was in tears when i came across how Mrs.Tarkhad's devotion was accepted when she gave 2 big brinjal to one Mrs.Purandare who was going to Shirdi amd requested her to prepare Bhareet of one Brinjal and Kacharya of other. Every one must be aware of this.Towards the end of the chapter, Hemadpant says how Baba stressed on one of the verses in The Gita. "As men believe in Me, so do I accept them" (Gita, 4-11) was proved in this case."Now i have a desire to prepare Kacharya also for Baba and offer both to him. We do not know anything more than what is mentioned in Satcharitra about these dishes - Bharit (roasted brinjal egg plant mixed curds and spice). ( 2) Kacharya (circular pieces of brinjal fried in ghee). We do make a similar version of the Bhareet - Roasted Brinajl mixed with Curd and Seasoning in Tamilnadu.We request any devotee who can give the recipie and help us to fulfill our desire.Jai SairamSamastha Lokha Sukhino Bhvanthu.
