Guest guest
Namaskar Ginie, usually when a person does their best at their jobs and have peak performance, the other staff get jealous or envious, then they start gossipping or grouping up against the person. This makes the person feel ostracized or even isolated within the department they are working in. Its a very common psychological reaction from lazy or incompetent staff who have no wish to work hard other than earn money from the company by taking it easy, yet they want to be promoted to high positions. During modern times, these things happen with employees in companies all over the world. Sorry to hear you've had the same negative experience 3 times. But its wise that you've asked for a transfer. And great that your superiors granted it. Think positively and know that transfers work well because in a new department, you can learn new things and become proficient in them. Together with the experience of different work tasks in old departments, you will have several types of skills behind you. Its good for your curriculam vitae. Be confident and do not be afraid to go to the new department. Do your best again. Be pleasant to all other staff members so they do not feel threatened by your skills and talents. Make good friends with them sincerely. Socialize by going to lunch together sometimes. This enables you to get to know them well. When a group of workers know each other well, its like a family away from home during work hours. Don't worry, there is always a place under the cosmos for each of us to go. If one thing doesn't work out, another will always come along at the ripe time. We sometimes also have to leave things in the Hands of God. Eventually He/She takes us to a suitable or right direction. Continue with Bagalamukhi if you wish. But suggest you to wear Ganesha Rudraksha 8 mukhi for new undertaking regarding going to the new department - i.e. remove obstacles, bring blessings and good relations with everyone. If you require information about 8 mukhi Lord Ganesh bead capping, please Send Enquiry to : /sendEnquiry.php Or if you wish for Free Rudraksha Recommendation, pls enter your details after clicking on this url : /signup.php Aum Namah Shivaya , " ginie " <icysingh wrote: > > Circumstances happen by it self that i am not able to stay at one > place.
