I am not able to stay at one job , what should i do?

Circumstances happen by it self that i am not able to stay at one

place. If i get job, i will do my best , my supervisers will be happy ,

then with in staff some conspiracies start that they will stop talking

to me , show their attitudes. Finally i end up complaining about them

to supervisor or HR.

This is 3 time happening to me.

Now i have asked transfer . My superiors gave me that too. But i am so

afraid to go to other place thinking same thing will happen to me again

& then where will i go?

Before taking this job 4 months back i used to do Baglamukhi every

day.now on & off.

Can any body advice me how to stay at one place & not to affect my

other people.
