What you've experienced is the electromagnetic properties of

rudraksha assimilating with you, thus boosting or enhancing your

spiritual practices such as meditation, hence the sensations of

lights flashing, sense of inner being being detached, visions of

Shiva Lingams, etc..

 

The feeling between your eyebrows is an indication of the Ajna chakra

gradually being awakened as you continue to practice while wearing

rudraksha.
