Guest guest
Namaste Sudhir, yes you can go for the combination that was mentioned. 1) Rudra Centre' priest performs the blessings and energization process before sending mala. After you receive it, take a bath and offer dhoop and oil lamp if you wish. If not, just recite Om Namah Shivaya 9 times and starting wearing it. Preferably begin wearing on a Monday as its Shiva's day. Om Namah Shivaya should be chanted daily 108 times. 2) When you tell them you don't want chunky beads, they will have the discretion to select correctly for you as they are experts in rudraksha. 3) You need to discuss the making material with Rudra Centre, whether you want silver or thread. 4) 36 or 54 beads are very light so you don't have to worry. Whether you want to wear in thread or 5 mukhi mala is a personal preference even though 5 mukhi mala is suggested. Please see which one you like better. 5) Some people like putting sandalwood beads in between 5 mukhis for design effect and also for enhancing spirituality as the scent of sandalwood can put them in a meditative mood.
