I have read about Guru matsyanand perfecting a sadhana with sphatik rosary.I have a few questions which Tibetan Text we are Referencing it. Can the Navagraha Rosary be used to pray with the heera shankh? and most importantly the mantra made of various beej mantras Ayeim yam ram shreem,yam froum kreem phat, where is the reference and collectively how should this mantra be pronounced, what does it mean individually and as a whole.I want to learn much more about it.
