Guest guest
Namaste Narasimhaye. Thanks for your advice. I keep wearing the mala. Answers to your questions are below: 1- I feel all the time. 2- All hours of the day. 3- Irregular sleeping. Sometimes insomnia and sometimes I sleep all the day. 4- Gained 2 kilos for last months. 5- I am vegeterian. 6- I take daily natural vitamin complex including vitamin D that doctor adviced. 7- My family and friends are ok to me. I live with my parents and sister. They are very nice to me especially for this problem. But I do not want even to see my friends for tha last months. 8- I am usually edgy 9- Home is bright, I can see the sky. 10- Bright and I see sunshine. 11- I share my feelings with my family, especially my sister understands me ubsolutely. Because she also wear rudrakshas and deal with sipritualism, so she has similar experiences to me. But more slightly. 12- I left my job a few months ago on purpose. And I am not working. To be honest I am not willing to work yet:( It is not problem to find job for me, my carier is not bad, but I refuse even the job interviews and invitations:( I feel myself week and need sometime for healing before starting new job. I went on holiday to help myself to recover. I was much better. But when I returned my depression became worse. Life seems to be terrible to me although I have not got any visible problem. This is a new issue for me, because I haven't got depression problem before and I was always strong even I had physical problems. Thank you very much for your kind reply and interest, I'll keep your advice.
