Hi Jayashree I have brought one bedroom flat around 450 sq. feet. It was very near. Its just walkable distance to ashram gate. It will take 2 mints. My flat is in chitravathi road, 1st right. I have brought in Nov 2006. At that time i have got little cheaper. But now the suqare feet value got increased and is going to increased as per the market norms. In this project, he had some more flats. Your rate will change based on the square feets. 1. 320 sq. feet: One hall, Kitchen and Bathroom will come (i think it will come in 2,50000/-) 2. 500 sq. feet: One single bed room, kithcen, bathroom. 3. 650 sq. feet: Double single bed room, kitchen, one or 2 bathrooms (based on your requirement) 4. 750 square feet:

2 bed room, kitchen, 2 bath rooms. If you want to see other rooms also (with less), if you contact the builder, then he can also show you the other opportunities.
