Guest guest
Namaste Gina, you got the gist of things..... Yes the beads will continue transmitting energies into the atmosphere from the altar even when not being worn. And yes contact with wearing will enhance effects. Its not unusual to experience some vertigo or other sensations when wearing higher mukhis for the first time. As for collective impact especially in sensitive persons, higher mukhis require companion beads of some lower ones to help balance their energies. This assist both wearer and beads to assimilate with one another, that is in some cases. For others, they can take to higher mukhis on its own without lower mukhis. Every individual is different and the beads work differently on everyone. As time goes, the vertigo will diminish and go away. In your case, its wise to gradually introduce them to direct contact with your system. Regarding antique 4mm malas and Nepal beads that belonged to others way back, many people collect them but not wear them unless they are passed down the generations of the same family. Something antique usually carries former owners' energies and you may want to gauge whether they have good vibes before buying. Generally its best not to let others touch personal beads or to lend them out as this prevents negative vibes returning with the rudraksha in case the borrower had not used them responsibly; there is also every chance that the rudraksha may assimilate with the borrower's energies while the other person wears it. The subjects of Chakras and Kundalini (also Ida, Pingala and Sushumna) are a science that is too lengthy to explain. However your experience sounds like one where a chakra is awakened, when the feeling is very comfortable, ecstatic and leaves a trail of blissfulness. This is to encourage you to go further. When awakening takes place in Sushumna, you may see a rod of light or the spinal cord may seem to be illumined from within. For some people there will be several other sensations or even negative hallucinations, hence this is a subject that is best studied under a guru who specializes in kundalini. The book by Sri Swami Satyananda Saraswati titled Kundalini Tantra best explains all your questions. It contains comprehensive info about chakras, blockages of chakras, how kundalini goes up and down, etc and points out the pros and cons of the subject. And indeed, what you experienced is a gift, cherish and enjoy the special moments whenever they appear..... The merits may have come from previous lives of discipline and devotion to God, so don't underestimate yourself. Saints from all religions have some degree of chakras awakening and some have kundalini fully risen from birth or during their lifetimes. Its also said that presidents and other world leaders, scientists, physicists and geniuses have an extent of chakra or kundalini awakening too. For anyone who wishes to engage in spirituality, do puja, perform sadhana, attain samadhi states and achieve the opening of chakras, the Dhyan Yog mala is a good choice. So I would say yes since you're keen to go further on your path. There are some friends here who expressed how they benefitted from this mala a couple of years back. I think their experiences are still on Rudra Centre's Testimonials webpage somewhere. Aum Namah Shivaya , " paxetamo " <mirmade wrote: > > Namaste. > > Thanks for info on CD's.
