Try to stay away from wheat and gluten products. Very much agree that low appetite can be caused by tension, stress and high anxiety. Please don't say or think you had ill luck for the past 15 years, I'm sure there would have been some blessings along the way. Maybe you didn't have time to notice them. Sometimes you need to take time to smell the roses and don't take work too seriously otherwise you are worrying too much about everything that is beyond your control. Just leave things in the hands of God. I know you are a hard working man who is honest and has so much burden. Union service is tough because everybody is competing against one another. All you can do, is give your best each day and when you go home, leave all work troubles behind. During the evenings, you need to relax and take your mind off from work issues.
