Namaste Pawl, yes preferably apply to personal mala too. However if

you've worn red silken cord without problems and feel strongly drawn

to it, you can test it for a bit longer. By the same token change the

ord to black sometimes and wear for a period to see how things go.

If black works better and you can see changes either within yourself

and the environment/circumstances around you, then stick to it.
