Guest guest Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 Dear Uma, I would like to add with Narasimhaye's permitton that; Narasimhaye adviced me to make a graph, first column to describe my job qualifications, second to describe the boss I am willing to work with, third to describe salary make me happy, 4th to enviroment I will feel myself to work witihin and etc. I do not remember exactly but I made a list as recommended; and read and imagined it every morning and evening.
