Your blue sapphire sounds like from Salem in Tamil Nadu or from Thailand as they are darker than others. High quality neelam from Salem or Thailand can be expensive. Wearing neelam can bestow integrity, wisdom, spirituality, ability to lead, fame, patience, authority, long life, honesty, love of justice, smooth flow, concentration, career gains, prosperity and strength to counter adverse planetary periods.
