Human

life is a journey from 'I' to 'We'. This journey is subtle and the goal is very

near, but man takes many births to reach the destination. Just as you change

your dress, so too you have to change your body one day or the other. That is

why it is said, " Death is the dress of life " . That which is responsible

for birth is responsible for death too. This body is like a passing cloud. So

long as there is life in the body, use it in the service of others. Engage

yourself in service till the last breath. Service to man is service to God.

Have control over your senses; without this discipline all your service will be

futile.

Leben ist eine Reise vom 'Ich' zum 'Wir'. Diese Reise ist subtil (feinsinnig,

hintersinnig) und das Ziel ist sehr nah, aber der Mensch braucht viele

Geburten, um das Reiseziel zu erreichen. So wie Du Deine Kleidung wechselst, so

musst Du auch Deinen Körper des einen oder anderen Tages wechseln. Aus diesem

Grund sagt man: " Der Tod ist die Kleidung des Lebens " . Das, was für

die Geburt verantwortlich ist, ist auch für den Tod verantwortlich. Dieser

Körper ist wie eine vorbeiziehende Wolke. Solange, wie Leben im Körper ist,

nutze ihn zum Dienst an anderen. Engagiere Dich im Dienst bis zu Deinem letzten

Atemzug. Dienst am Menschen ist Dienst an GOTT. Halte Kontrolle über Deine

Sinne; ohne diese Disziplin wird all Dein Dienst vergeblich

manusia adalah merupakan perjalanan dari 'aku' kepada 'kita'. Perjalanan itu

bersifat halus dan tujuannya sangatlah dekat, namun walaupun begitu, manusia

pada umumnya membutuhkan banyak kelahiran untuk dapat sampai ke tujuan itu.

Seperti halnya engkau bertukar baju, demikian pula, engkau perlu bertukar badan

fisik suatu hari kelak. Itulah sebabnya, terdapat ungkapan, " Kematian

adalah (pertukaran) baju kehidupan. " Sesuatu yang bertanggung-jawab atas

kelahiran juga ikut bertanggung-jawab untuk kematian pula. Badan jasmani ini

ibarat awan yang berlalu. Selama kehidupan masih ada di dalam badan ini,

pergunakanlah ia sebagai sarana untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada orang lain

hingga akhir hayatmu. Pelayanan kepada sesama manusia tiada lain merupakan

pelayanan kepada Tuhan. Kendalikanlah panca inderamu, sebab tanpa adanya

disiplin pengendalian indera, maka seluruh tindakan pelayananmu menjadi
