Namaste Anil, its ok to use the same mala for chanting a different

mantra for the same deity. You can use the same mala for reciting

mantras for other Forms or Aspects of the same God too. There is no

problem.

There are people who use different malas for different deities, for

example Tantrikas and Shaktas will use Sphatik Mala for prayers to

Devi or Maa. Vaishnavites may prefer using Tulsi Mala for prayers to

Vishnu and all His Forms. Others use Lotus Seed or Sphatik Mala for

Mahalakshmi.

You don't need to follow other people unless you feel strongly to do

so. By tradition for example, tulsi is sacred to Lord Vishnu and

Sphatik is one of the favorites for gaining favors from Mahalaxmi.

For householder bhaktas, its fine to use the same only mala they have

or they can later obtain other malas that are sacred to their Ishta

Devatas or different deities. As spirituality progresses, you will

be guided along. One day you will have this " Knowing " what to do

regarding doubts or making decisions when it comes to such things :)

Your doubts and queries are Not perculiar at all so don't worry.
