Guest guest
Sri Rudram - Namakam and Chamakam Srirudram, also known as Rudraprasna, is a hymn devoted to lord Shiva. It is part of the Yajur Veda and one of the greatest of the Vedic hymns for all round benefits and to remove all doshas & difficulties. In most of the poojas and homas it recited by the Vedic pundits. Shri Rudram in Yajur Veda is the one with full of Lord's Sarvantharyamithwam. Actually Rudram starts with Nyasam, meaning the one who chants would visualize himself with each of his parts of the body to a deity.. Then we surrender our Body , Mind and Spirit (atma) to him and become one with him. The person chanting Rudra himself will become the Lord and chants the dhyanam. This powerful Rudram is the one chanted in all the temples for Abhishekam.. If u are not able to chant, if you just listen also, you reap the benefits. -- OM GURU NATHASAI GURU NATHA
